Employment /reference letter

hi all

My reference letter is printed on company letterhead and signed by my manager. There is generic company phone number and fax number (reception) but my manager's work phone number or email address is not printed on the letter.
Is this OK to submit TO IRCC? Or can I also attach my manager's business card to the reference letter for contact details..

I have a question. I am currently on a job where I complete 8 yrs in Feb 2020. For the purpose of express entry application I got the employment letter from my H.R in the required cic format alongside eca n ielts trf. But the problem is that my score is only 458 and I don't think I m getting ita any time soon till my sil goes to Canada in June (anticipating 10 more points as 5 will be minused for age then). Will my employment letter stating my experience of above 7 yrs still be taken as a proof at the time I get ita or will I have to get a fresh one? Is there a stated guideline regarding letter validity for this? I have gotten the letter in hopes of getting ita which doesn't seem to be happening until last quarter of 2020. Getting letter from H.R was a mess too, I don't want to go thru this again. I can get salary certificates but not fully cic styled employment letter in future...

I find it hard to understand your question, frm what I see, it looks like you want to use the same letter instead of getting a fresh one due to issues of going thru the hassle.

Yes, you can use the same letter, you can always use supporting documents like your tax forms, pay slips to prove that you are employed. If you are claiming points for job experience more than 3 years, this letter is suffice. You can also mention in the letter of explanation that can further help.
