Temporary resident permit rejection

We received our rejection for the temporary resident permit we applied for to visit Canada.
The reasons for rejection are stated as the following:

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary
resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your travel history.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary
resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and
in your country of residence.
You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can
demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be
accompanied by a new processing fee.

I was shocked to read the stated reasons because as for the travel history we traveled and visited many countries in the world including Europe, UK, Asia and not once we over stayed or violated any rules for our visas.
As for the family ties in Canada we stated that we will be visiting my sister and we submitted an invitation letter from her.
And as for the family ties in the country of resident we submitted documents that proves that both my parents and my husband's parents live in the same country, we even submitted proof of ties in my husband home land which are 2 dependant daughters.

So I am really not sure what is the real reason of the refusal and if we will reapply how else we will respond to these concerns to convince them that we will leave Canada at the end of our stay.
Can someone shed some light please on how to handle this situation?

We applied to visit for a period of 2 months for my 2 daughters and Me and 1 month for my husband we used the actual dates that we are planning the trip.
We are residents in Qatar, I've been here since 1991 and I met my husband here who is here since 2007 and we both live and work here, my parents are also living and working here and his parents too.

2 months is generally regarded as quite a long trip and IRCC can see this as a sign that you have weak ties outside of Canada. If you reapply, I would recommend you request a 2-3 week trip instead.

It's also more difficult to be approved generally if you are not living in your home country but in another country where you have temporary residency. You generally have to show stronger ties in this case.

My home country is Syria amd my husband and daughters are South Africans
My sister followed the legal procedure for the express entry and based on points and provided documents she got the PR.

For reasons to return to the country of residents we submitted my husband employment contract ( he is in a senior level) and a letter from the company stating the details, bank statements, 2 vehicles ownership, newly renewed lease contract and a receipt that we submitted 12 advanced cheques for the rent which we will all lose if we didn't return.
Besides that we submitted proof that all our parents reside with us so we have ties in the country.
We also stated that our future plans is to settle in South Africa and we supported that with submitting my South African PR, details of assets, details of finances and that we have 2 daughters who are residing in SA and still dependant on us.
As for the period of stay for most of our travels specially when we have family In the countries we visit we tend to stay for a longer period and explore with a slow pace, last year in May we spent 2 months touring the UK which usually my husband join for 2 or 3 weeks due to his work.

If we will reapply what can we change,or add to what we already stated??

Given your Syrian nationality and the fact that your sister has settled in Canada chances are pretty low. You can certainly reapply but you should limit your holiday to 2-3 weeks as already recommended.
