I received acknowledgment msg after a week when I sent those 3 docs second time.

That means they have not finished to process only 100 files yet for 5 months after invitation and 3 months after requesting the documents!

It also depends on the time that an applicant takes to send the docs. But still, they shouldn't this much time. It's been more than a month.
