Yeah it is very necessary to get a job offer through the communities that would be participating in the RNIP. That's one of the major criteria amongst other things .

Yeah!! and most of the available Jobs are low- level Jobs...Food attendant, counter and carpenter apprentice... with no experience can one apply for this Jobs?
