May anyone helps to explain how to track CRS. Is there any advice for whom getting 383 CRS?

What you mean exactly by track CRS , you need to provide more information on what you are trying to achieve

Thanks for your prompt reply. I meant the score that I am getting is 383 which consider quite low compared to the ranking draws pool. Do you it's fine to create a profile with this score?

You can create a profile, but, you won't get an ITA with this score, you should consider PNP's.
