guys, I got my Canada study visa last Monday, I want to apply visa for my girlfriend, we want to get married, but my age is just 20, and I can't get mary legally because of age issue, so I cannot take her with me on a spouse visa, so I am applying for study visa
she got 75% in 12th and completed his degree from Bangalore University, she got admitted to Conestoga college , I already paid her 1 year college fees and gic, so now my main concern is that her parents are not sharing bank statement or any other documents , i read on CIC website that under SDS only 1 year tuition fee, gic, and upfront medical is required, no bank or property papers required, so guys can you tell me is it possible to get visa with this

Under SDS you have to show that you have paid 1st year tution fees, 1000 CAD in GIC account to cover 1st yr expenses. Also you have to show the funds for all your coming years of study. For e.g if your course is of two years, then basically you have already paid 1 year in advance and 2nd year year tution and living expenses money you need to show. And how are you going to show that, either by bank about or student loan or etc

You can try but technically you still have to show additional funds as 10000 cad in GIC is not enough for 1 year as there other expenses such as Return flight tickets, may be winter shopping and so on. Your chances of Visa approval will increase if you show little more funds.

But most importantly, VO might think just after 12th why one is going for a just 1 year diploma course be careful while selecting a course
