My point is they ONLY ask for Notice of Assessment, they used to ask employment paystubs previously, but long time ago. Because employment incomes are not only incomes you can earn. Rental incomes, tips,.... it should be reported and record officially by CRA
Why do not you scan it and print it out with darker they will be clearer in dark and white. Then get it certified and scan or send it to them
For others you can not provide. Just give all detail in an explanative letter. I hope this helps
If they have a supervisa @calgary17, why can't they just come over whilst they are waiting on for the PGP application? They won't need biometrics as they already have a supervisa and they can complete the remaining requirements in Canada
They never did biometrics in the past as it just started from Dec 2018 for Asian citizens.
That is why I was waiting for biometrics because currently there are no facilities inside Canada to do bio. They ask you to leave Canada just for biometrics.
But as now I had no choice left after waiting for so long, we have booked their flight for Dec 07, I hope they open bio collection centres in Canada soon so that my parents won’t need to go back just for this. Also, as soon as they arrive, i’ll update their residence address and try to ask for an exemption.
You can get a duplicate Birth Certificate made from the municipal office. See earlier post in the forum

At last Ghost just visited myCIC account and I saw Application/profile updated under Current Status. There is no change inside on application status.

My father was here too on a supervisa but still got the biometrics request. Since he doesn’t have a US visa he has to go back to home country to get the biometrics.
