How complex is your case? Does that have anything to do with why it was transferred to Vancouver?
My AOR is 8th May as well.

I am not really sure what is their criteria for complexity. i am already living/working in US from last 4 years

how slow is Vancouver VO? seems like people are awaiting decision for a long time.
mine is AOR :may 7th
recent web form request reply was
· The responsible office has not verified the eligibility requirements
The security background verification has not been initiated
The criminal background verification is currently valid.

Awesome. Thats a ghost update for sure meaning someone is looking into your application.

I called them today morning regarding the ghost update. They said the update was regarding your background check being completed. I asked them the status of eligibility, for that they said it's in final stage . Looks like wait continues.
