IMM 0008DEP - Additional Dependants/Declaration

i added the screen of the IMM 0008DEP, which i do not need it,on the OASIS online application . Please help me. how could i remove it....?

The screens once created are cannot be deleted. Either leave it blank or mark it as Not applicable or Duplicate Screen.
