Is it possible to apply for my wife's Visitor visa while we wait for her permanent residency? I just started a new job and have training for 6 months, so i can't go visit her but i was hoping she could come and stay with me until she has her PR? is this possible or will she get denied for visitor visa and will this impact her PR file?

If she can’t get into Canada without having to get a visiting visa they will refuse you family visit visa. Base on the fact that you are husband and wife. Me and my wife tried this way and they rejected us we wasted our time and money. Just do the full immigration process and save you time and money. They straight up said because of my wife’s family connection to Canada they will not believe she will exit the country after the visa expires
She can only visit if her passport already allows her into the country for limited time for touring l. But not if she is visiting her husband maybe her sister or brother but not husband.

Thanks! I just dont want them doubting our relationship based on the fact that we have been away for 11 months now and haven't visited each other. I could go but like I said I just started a new job and it has a 6 month training requirement so I cant take a vacation during this time. I hope they dont prolong the process. This is our second marriage for both of us.

I mean its a total B.S. at this point. totally frustrated.

Yes they are irresponsiblex i called and asked them the same. They are asking me to respond back to IRCC. And they are working very slow. Last week they worked on 2 days files and this week only 5 days. So frustrating.
