Yeah you're right. I have applied to extend my status just as a student.you can accept an ITA however if they found later that you are in Canada when your open work permit is expired and you are suppose to leave the country they can decline your file coz of illegally living in Canada they are very strict about it however if u receive an ITA and your status is legal in canada and your permit expires there's no issue its just u cannot work. my question is will ur status be legal or illegal i know its a 3 day gap but just dont play with the fire fam
I think it would depend on the next draw, if in the next draw (Nov 27th) the cutoff is 470, then there is a chance that in the December 11th draw it might just be 468 (then tie breaker rule will apply). If in the next draw the cutoff only manages to be 471, then according to me it would not be 468 on December 11 and one would need another draw for the cutoff to go below 468 or below that score. It is just my cautious prediction. Will it come down to 468 if we just have two draws?
I dont know how this makes sense? I do not think the PNP effect has gone away yet. Anyway nominations do not get approved immediately, so you would see those 6208 nominations trickle slowly into the EE pool in the next several months as they get slowly approved. In fact bulk of them will get approved around December/January as they have an average 2 month processing time. I expect ~1200 scores more than 600 for the next draw.A piece of good news for the 11/27 draw is that 6208 PNP nominations were issued in October while there have only been 1431 in November so the impact of PNP can be expected to be much less. Maybe we'll be able to see 467-468.
Now from next draw jow much state confirmed pnpI dont know how this makes sense? I do not think the PNP effect has gone away yet. Any takers please ?TRF is figured out more or less, thanks to you guys. WES reference number is already known, their deadline is 28th. I am not primary applicant, but along with reference number, date of WES report is needed too. What shall I put in that ? And if we get ITA, will I be able to explain it later as profile will be locked after that (unless WES helps just in time and I modify it before draw). Need suggestions.
I'm in a similar situation. I'm still waiting the WES report to come out. I'm quite sure the evaluation will be positive but personally I would prefer to wait a few more days just to make sure everything is legitimate.Any takers please ?
WES gave me a date of 31st August but issued my report on 26th July. So there is a chance that your date will be different. I think it will be wise to wait for the report.Any takers please ?
Is it possible for one to get ECA from Wes in 21days ?WES gave me a date of 31st August but issued my report on 26th July. So there is a chance that your date will be different. I think it will be wise to wait for the report.
