Hi Everyone,
I need some advice for Re-applying my Study permit. It will be very helpful.
I am a Female Student lives in UAE and applying for Canadian study permit for post graduate studies. My Dad is a business Man here in UAE and have an arabic Business partner. I showed a letter which is given by the same arabic partner that my Father is the only responsible for all loss and profit and the arabic partner will take only 1000 dhs yearly. I showed His company's Bank statement and the amount was 130K in Dirhams which is 45,800 CAD. My total fees For Post Graduate in HR including ESL is around 21,000 CAD for 1 whole year. I am pakistani but born here in UAE and lives here from my childhood.
My Study Permit is refused due to these reasons:
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your travel history.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your current employment situation.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
Any one knows about it? that how i can overcome these problems.
Thanks for Reading all of it.

Too many reasons for refusal. Yes, in fact many and many students prefer to have their studies in Canada. I think, as previously mentioned, one of the major reasons is that you have shown "His company's Bank statement".

In addition, your travel history... Do you have any previous records traveling abroad?

Overall, it is my personal opinion, however, I still think that it is better to advise someone or source you really know before making an application like this. Of course, you will re-apply, however, if you would know you would eliminate all issues previously.
