Have you heard anything. Could you please share your experience. Like what you did, how long it took. Also, what is the diffrence between mark sheets and transcript, wrt CU?

yes. They have issued and send it to wes on 16th sept 2019.
I have courier the filled form and it took around 1.5 months but they issued it.

1. Did you send them the original documents or only copies of documents?
2. In case of "date of first admission" what did you put and how did you know about this date?
3. Has WES accepted the document that CU sent?
3. Did you also ordered one copies for your own reference, I am really curious to know if CU has a separate document that works as Academic Transcript or it is just attested mark sheet in a sealed envelope?

I called CU few times and explain them the scenario that we do not have anyone to depute, so they asked to send the filled form along with all the photocopies mentioned in the form by courier . Also they want a photocopy of any document in which the date of admission is mentioned. You can get it at the back of class 12 marksheet or fee book etc (u can call and they will guide u on this). You need to pay dd which needs to be payable at calcutta. We could not able to do this (payable at calcutta ) so we made a payment by sbicollect at a higher rate than the current exchange rate(call them and tell them that you are doing it by sbicollect). Then they took around 1.5 months to send it across. We requested two copies of transcript one for wes and another for us.they did it as per instructions you dont need to worry . You just send the wes form attached as well.

And regarding the address, you will get the address in the form itself . Yes the one you hve mentioned. Download the form rrg.pdf from their site.

Your post were really helpful to me, and I guess it will be helpful to other who are applying in the future. By the way, have you any idea what does CU's transcripts include. Is it just atteasted copies of marksheets in a sealed envelope or more than that.

it will be in hand written just few lines. Along with your details, two lines will be written in part 1 you have been QH (qualified honours)with roll no. and in part 2 your grade with your roll no.

Somehow, I was expecting the seal envelope includes transcript and verified copies of mark sheet and degree certificate as in https://www.slideshare.net/DebadyutiRoy1/bsc-transcript-47432259. Sorry to bother you again and again, but could not stop asking the question. Is the "1st data of admission" same as the day we pay admission fee to the college or we first received our college id card?

I guess in the admission fee, the day u paid the 1st tuition fees. It will be better you call them and ask for the correct date. For me, my college has stamped in my class 12 marksheet as "admitted on ....". It varies from college to college.
Yes , the very 1st one is the transcript. That is what I am talking about. And the rest of the documents that you will be sending to the CU and they will verified it and then they will issue the transcript and while sending to you they will return those verified documents along with transcript but they will only send the transcript to WES.

Thanks to you, I have found the date of 1st admission. It is on the back side of my 12th marksheet. It is just a stamped stamp of as below, but there is no signature or seal of college. Not sure if the university will accpet it or not. Everything except date are stamped and data is hand-written.

they will accept. You need to send the photocopy of this as well. If you have receipt of tuition fees the u can use that as well.
