Totally fake and a standard offer letter template used by scammers

the website domain only setup last month another sure sign of a scam

note the genuine website https://chezashton.ca/ created 2008

well if you are not convinced even though is obvious that they have cloned the genuine site and used a standard scam template is your decision so not sure why you asked the question.

I mean who uses the phrase ‘sky scraping ‘ number of the applicant.

Chez Ashton is a fast food restaurant as assume you know so sure the restaurant is genuine but the job offer unlikely to be.

Just to add that immigration to Quebec is not as straightforward as other provinces and see no mention of that in the offer
