Today I received biomatric request of My wife but she already did it biomatric when she was in india.So she need to do it again in canada
Please suggest if any one has any idea

Similar situation with my wife. My wife did biomatric on the border when she extended a visa. but CIC asked my wife the finger print for the criminal record for PR(she did biomatric on the border on Jan. 2019). so I asked it RCMP, and the officer suggested us do it again. so my wife did it again.

Called IRCC said- Eligibility pass, (Criminality and Security) -not started
I am not sure, if IRCC agent is the actual or it is now in Ip1 as per the back ground message tells?
Any help which stage I am at , and how long shall I be waiting till PPR_ Thanks much
