ETA CAnCELLED why??

Hello:
My Eta was cancelled today and I dont know why!.
I just traveled to Montreal for 5 days and returned to Mexico on tuesday! So i dont understand what happened. I need to travel again on Sunday to Calgary. What can I do??
.. the email says:
You are admissible for non- compliance as per section 41b of the IRPA as tpu do not have the proper documenta to establish temporary residence in Canada as peri 20(1)(b). Of the act. There fore tour eTA has been cancelled as per R12.07 of the IRPR .
And it says that I have to addressed the reason(s) for the cancellation of your applocation...
What happened!!!!???? I dont understand!! I just traveled to montreal for vacations!!!

No never, I am right now with a processing visa for a working permit but when i traveled to Montreal I used my tourist permit , I was in Montreal only for 5 days..

My immigations lawyers said that I can travel to canada for vacations meanwhile my family package visas for work permit and students permits are in process

But why? I exit the country the same day that I said when I entry in immogation in my short vacations! So now what should I do to address the error they made?

Their assumption is totally wrong and inaccurate... totally unfair because I exit as I said using my eTA for 5 days vacation. What should i do?

Talk to your immigration lawyer. Also looks like they have cancelled your WP application as well. Difficult to say but you really should get your lawyer to review it. Don’t think you’ll be going to Calgary on Sunday.

How did you get the work permit? Did you get the job through a consultant? Did you apply for a job and the employer went through the LMIA process and then you applied for a WP. What field is you job in? Is it considered a professional job?

Nothing of that happened... thats why I have no idea.. i just went for vacations i dont live there i dont work there i just went for vacations 5 days with my family and returned to mexico. Nothing happened i didn't have any problem in my entry through migrations nothing, my eta is fine.. that is why i am surprised about the error they made... i don’t have any record any problem in my whole life... I am a regular decent mom and wife that’s it.

So it sounds like you’ve made multiple trips to Canada. You’ve just left and now heading to a different city across the country, what’s the reason for that trip ?
