have something ready regarding your file when you speak to an agent . i see that you are also on the same boat of 21st October . i called them couple of times but they are giving the same answer whereas others after 21st have got their ARO1. don't know what they are doing with our files .

Yes...If you are see the tracker, all of 21st Oct are pending...i see it was Monday..
maybe they have them in a batch...

Great news for my fellow applicants whose applications were received on 21st. My application was received on October 21st, but no news since then.

I was able to link my application in cic GC key just now. Used DOB + first name + last name + passport, and our number of applicants in the application is 2 (My husband and I).

So none of my fellow applicants of the 21st got their AOR? We're all in it together it seems.

I was able to link it yesterday and got AOR1 just now. They asked me for biometrics fee this morning as well, which I paid on 13th and submitted via web form. Just waiting to be processed now.

Once you've signed in, see this line "Did you apply on paper or don't see your online application in your account? Add (link) your application to your account to access it and check your status online."

For my case, me(Sponsor) have linked the application..
I had also filled a form IMM 5475 - Authority to Release Personal Information to Designated Individual in my application which gives access of PA information to me(sponsor)...
I think it should be OK to link by either sponsor / PA...


Others can comment on this if they think otherwise.

Can I link an application to both sponsor's and PA's account at the same time?
No, you can't. It can only be linked to one account at a time. But if you've linked an application to one account and now you want to link it to another one, you still can do that. Just remember that once you link it to a new account, in the old account you will see a message that an application has been now linked to another account and you won't have access to it in the old account. In other words, after linking an application to a new account, an old account will lose a connection with it. - read here about GcKey

Hello I have a question on my application account it’s says: application name, than the UCI # etc than biometric, biometric # and expiration date. However no message was send to me to do anything? What does this mean? Does everybody get the same on their account?

Received request for biometrics on 11/20. Unfortunately the earliest available appointment is 12/6. App (delivered 10/10, AOR 11/14) is moving along, just wish I could get the biometrics done sooner...
