My husband has now multiple 5 year entry visa to Canada. However, we are still in queue since june 2017 for his permanent spousal application. What are our options so he can stay in Canada and wait for his pr to approve. I am so frustrated with his PR application. What should we do so Pr application process get speed and approved fast. What are our options. What should I do in that case. I really want to him to stay with him. I have been waiting for him since 3 years to join me here in Canada.

Do you have any indication why your PR application has been pending since 2017? That's an extreme delay.
Yes he had two kids from his previous marriage, cic asked for their medical exam we sent many explanations letters to them why we can’t provide their medical exams . He don’t where they are as his x never contacted him after divorce many years ago.

Hi, Can you share information that how and what you have send for his visitor visa? I have the same situation like you and really almost a 3 years now, 1st time refused as IRCC thinks we did not spend enough time together, we have applied again as a new application. As you said it is very frustrated. Please advise me what i can show them to get his Visitor visa. Thanks
