Hi,

My husband went through cardiac surgery for value replacement in 1997 when he was 16 years old. Now also he is on few medications on a daily basis. But, we just do a general check-up every year and update the medicines. He is going fine on that basis.

1. Do you think this would lead to rejection on his medical basis?
2. Also, would my application(primary) also be rejected if his medical test fails?
3. Is it better to apply alone now and then apply for my husband later?

Please advise. Thanks in Advance.

The thread heading implies a work permit so do you already (primary) have am LMIA organised with a job offer from an employer ?

Yes, my job offer is ready. It's more like intra company transfer, I am moving from one project in India to another in Canada. That's why wondering if my application will also be rejected if his medical test failed. Should I be applying for just me first and then for him separately?
