**PGWP - DECISION RECONSIDERSTION**

Warm greetings to everyone out here!!

I need to know if there is anything like reconsideration of workpermit decision.
Because I got only 1 year of workpermit after completing 3yrs of education (1yr each).
My 1st year at public clg , then private clg and then again 1yr at public clg. I approached a lawyer and applied for pgwp, he said I would be getting 3yrs PGWP. but Finally I am left with 1yr in my hand. When I asked him about it, he said He is going to apply for reconsideration and there are chances to change the decision. Im not sure if he is lying to me or really is there any reconsideration thing.
Does anyone ever heard about this , can I expect 3yrs or just find ways to get PR.
Please let me know what's going on with me.

You were correctly given only a one year PGWP since the second program you completed was from a private college. You can send a case specific inquiry to IRCC to request reconsideration - however IRCC is under no obligation to reconsider your application.

Agree with above. You needed to complete the qualifying programs within 2 years. Had you done the private college first and then 2 years at a public college, you could have qualified for a longer PGWP.
