ICES transcript procedure

Hi all,
I had two questions
1. Does ICES provides masters equivalency for M.A program ftom Jamia Millia Islamia?

2. The request for academic transcript form needs to be sent by the university with transcripts or we can send it online?

I'm not sure about ICES but I read IAQS provide master equivalency if your institute falls under AIU and AICTE

IQAS stopped accepting new applications from yesterday ie 19/11/2019 till May 2020 ie 05/2020 due to surge in applications.
