I noticed on it, there is a question:
Charged/Convicted of a crime or offence in any country, refused admission to Canada, or required to leave Canada?

I just got an update for interview schedule of my wife on December 10, 2019.

My timeline is below:

• APP Rcvd -Dec 06, 2018
• Transfer to Singapore VO: March 05, 2019
• Biomatric Request- March 11, 2019
  
• Biomatric Done- March 13, 2019
• Medical Request: May 11, 2019
• Medical Pass: May 18, 2019
• Interview :10 December 2019

Yes they sent the COPR with the passport along with everything we sent to them as proof of relationship. Marriage certificate, photos etc.

Just the evidence of relationship. They did not return the forms.

Every case is different. Some do it at the beginning some at the end. At least u now know your application is moving along.
