Yup, no movement in Ottawa. Mine went to IP on Sep 27 and I didn't hear anything since then. A colleague of mine (in Ottawa) had his app delivered in Mar and he became a Canadian citizen 2 weeks ago. I was hoping the momentum would continue, but looks like they have gone into hibernation!

Bit of a wait i'd say. Fingers crossed we get movement soon!

Yeah, this is what I imagined as well, unfortunate though. This will cause a delay of 2-3 months at the very least due to vacation time.

Alternatively you could give them a call at 613-998-6362 (between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM EST) and they would be able to give you a status update right away. You’ll need to provide your DCN and other personal information as verification steps.

RCMP has been receiving high volume of fingerprint requests and in my case it took them 5 business days to mail out my report since the date of submission.

Looks like some movement in Winnipeg. My friend who is not on the forum just got his test date of Dec 2. His application is late April or 1st week of May.

From Winnipeg here. I received my test invite this morning. Family Application received May 30, was IN PROCESS since Sept 30. Our scheduled test will be on Dec 5.
