Mine is the same product code and same NOI date. I submitted on 12th September, it has moved to assesment on 29th October. It is a game of waiting....

It seems so. I know it sounds weird, right? I would expect it to go faster and easier in the EE pool, once you have been checked in the OINP pool, but somehow these two checks aren't related...plus you don't provide police certificates for the oinp.

Hey, I submitted my application on the 26th of September, still waiting for the stage to change to Assessment.

Got the email that there is a new message in my IRCC account. Nomination confirmation letter came in my inbox

The assessment stage is for verifying your documents, file, qualifications, etc. The DIP stage is for reaching the decision if you are to receive the nomination based on their findings during the assessment stage.

Did your file move to DIP? Did you receive an email regarding the change in file status or had to check?

Yes, and nope, you have to check your profile to figure out whether it is now in the DIP stage or not, you won't receive any emails.
