EMPLOYMENT/JOB CONTRACT LETTER

With regards to the agreement for your performance of work against our recruiting process, we are satisfied in offering you job as BRANCH OPERATION in our reputable organization.
Your annual total salary from the company will be $138,240.00 (One hundred and Thirty Eight Thousand, Two Hundred and Forty Canadian Dollars), then your monthly salary $11,520.00 is already stated in the attachment of this email. You will be on a probation period of Six months from the date of your appointment. Your probation period may be extended at the management’s discretion in the event, if your performance/conduct is below the acceptable standards. After the probationary period, your services can be terminated on giving one month’s notice in writing from either side or upon payment of Six Month’s notice pay in lieu thereof.
You will be required to work at the premises/offices as assigned by the management from time to time, and you will be liable to be transferred to other offices depending on exigencies of service.
In case you are agreeable to the terms and conditions as set out herein above, you are requested to sign the attached copy of this joining letter/contract of agreement in token of your acceptance. We look forward to your dedicated efforts, excellent performance and commitment towards work and organization.
Kindly be informed that your Canadian Life Insurance Certificate will be Processed and issued to you there in your home country under the authority of Canada Embassy/Consulate, because it has to be submitted before you can resume the duty post which you have been assigned for.
