May 2020 intake 17 backlogs.

I have applied for may intake 2020 and have received my offer letter from conestoga college. Also, I have paid my fees and GIC too.
I want someone to guide me that what would be the best time to apply for may intake? Should I apply after January rush or should I apply in December itself?

My academic profile is weak so please guide accordingly.

10th- 76.77%(2009)
Diploma in Computer Engineering-6.85 CGPA out of 10 (2011-2014)
Bachelors in Computer Engineering-6.60 CGPA out of 10 (2014-2018)
17 backlogs in total in bachelors and most of the exams were unattempted but agent told me that it will be counted as an backlog.
Experience- 1 year as Jr. Software Developer. (as iOS developer)

IELTS: Overall 6.5 (L : 7.0, R : 6.0, W : 6.5, S: 6.0)

I have received offer letter from conestoga for web design and development course. what would be the appropriate time to apply for visa for profile like me? Would it be good to apply in January rush to apply or should I wait so that there are less people applying?? will the jan rush help me go through or not?

and also what all things should I keep in mind while writing my SOP

Got my college admit (Conestoga College). Paid my one year tution fees and GIC too. And have all the required financial documents. But I’m tensed about the history of arrears and an year i lagged at my bachelors. (History of arrears around 30 and took five years to complete my bachelors) but had a valid reason for that and the same i have mentioned in my SOP. I was wondering will those be a problem for my visa process or it isn’t ?

I would also be concerned that your choice of program doesn’t really advance your career. You are already a software developer and have a bachelors degree in CS. The large volume of backlogs present a problem as well.

and i have 9 backlogs can i get admission in conestoga college for mobile solution development and i already applied for this courese
