Bachelor of science is just a bachelor degree. IRCC as clearly mentioned that your degree must be in certain fields to qualify as a professional degree such as Medicine, Optometry, Vet. Medicine, Podiatry, Dentistry, Chiropractacy, Law and Pharmacy.
