Sure looks like a scam to me... It's laced with lots of "too good to be true" items.

Further research confirms this...

Too good to be true scams can be identified as
1. If you get an offer without a telephonic, face to face, or virtual (skype) interview then it is a scam
2. If the salary and benefits are too good to be true (do a research on Glassdoor) then it is probably a scam.
3. If they are keen on sponsoring you, provide relocation, high pay etc. Keep in mind that if this is a skill that is easily available in Canada, why would any company wants to go the extra mile (and money) to get candidates from abroad?
4. Do a quick grammar check. The scammers are smart, but they aren't English majors.
5. Check the address provided on the letter, on google maps, do a street view. If this is an apartment = scam. if this is an office building, then search if there is any other business at that location.
6. Call the number.Talk to them.
7. If they ask you for money or ask you to transfer visa fees or anything else - beware. No employer asks potential employees for money.
8. If you have never applied for the job in the first place, then it is highly unlikely that they can contact you.

There is also another scam where they send the candidate a cheque for 8000$ or some large amount for ' laptop expenses' and when the candidate deposits it, most banks release the $1000 immediately. Thinking that the cheque is legitimate(since bank released the 1K), the candidate proceeds in giving other information to the scammer.
The scammer then contacts the candidate and says that he was supposed to send only $3000 and the candidate needs to send the $5000 back. Now the candidate thinks that since his job is on the line, he would wire the $5000 back to the scammers account in a foreign country.
10 days later, the bank calls the candidate saying that the cheque bounced and he would have to pay the $1000 and fees back to the bank. The scammer would not be reachable anymore. The police won't be of help here as well.

This happened to a new immigrant in Canada recently (read about his/her account in another forum).

Hello,

I had the same job post from this same Nitro Pro Energy Services Inc with the same address and I am scheduled to resume on March 18th 2019. I was initially charged £2,470.00 GBP). Now currently charged NHS (National Health Service) application fee of £3,350 which is claimed to be the final stage. Tghis called for further serious investigation.

Can someone please advise on the authenticity of this company and the reality of this job offer?

Thank you.

How do I report this scamming Nitro Pro Energy Services Inc company whose website address is https://nitroproenergy.com/and whose immigration agency is
https://williamtylerimmigration.com/

This company should be taken up, duly reported and made to face the full weight of the law! This will also help to prevent others falling victim(s).

Please advise.

Thanks!
There is no "Nitro Pro Energy Services Inc". The Web sites are faked. Only a bunch of scammers that are draining away your money.
I'm really sorry, but you've been had... You are not alone however, and are just one of many.

I have never wrought at Nitro Pro Energy.
I just recived a job offer from Nitro Pro Energy.
After it I signed it. Them someone called me via Viber (+48578512686) and we had a conversation about my future job at Nitro Pro Energy.
In several days I recived an e-mail from Mr. William Tyler (Principal Solicitor) williamtyler@williamtylerimmigration.com with a document from UK Home Office.

"You are expected as a foreign staff of Nitro Pro Energy Services Inc. to register with the United Kingdom Employment Board for an employment certificate before your work permit is issued to you. This application will cost you £1270.00 (One Thousand Two Hundred and Seventy British Pounds) due to your level of work."

I wrote a message about this situation to UK Home Office.
UK Home Office answered on my question in four days.

"Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your email of 31 December.

On the information you have provided appears to be a scam. If you have been offered a job it is not likely to be a genuine offer. This is not how the Home Office visa system works in relation to applying for visas and methods of payments. I would strongly advise not to provide details or pay any money relating to this or to send any documents. "

Did they send you a cheque right after an interview?
Did you do any work for them?
Else it sound alike a scam. Do not deposit the cheque. Wait for a few days and if they ask you send the money back (as it was an error from their end) ask them to cancel the etransfer.
This could be a phishing scam as well

This 100% sounds like either a money laundering scam or a fake cheque scam. Agree with @xylene, do not deposit the cheque or send them any "refunds".. That's known as "overpayment fraud".
