Your IELTS TRF for Enquiry on Results (EOR) has been sent to requested address via Blue Dart. The AWB no. is *37016530390*. You can track this at http://www.bluedart.com/.

What does this imply? Is the score unchanged or not? I've not received any other information, be it mail or message. Also, I'm unable to track it through blue dart stating no records found.

Usually the email of score change literally says that "your score has changed" BUT it depends completely on the Test Center. IELTS Australia (on charge of the IELTS for this part of the world: AU, NZ, Pacific, etc.) confirmed to me a few days ago that is the Center the responsible for sending those emails and the content changes depending on who send it. This basically means that the email you received MIGHT be an update on your status but not necessary means that the score changed or not, you will have to wait for the letter and check.

Some Test Centers apparently are quite specific with the info, others never even send any email and you just receive the letter without any notice in advance, so unless there is someone else who has the same TC as you and can tell you what this means, you will have to keep waiting.

Try to call and ask about the tracking # and why is not working...

Thank you for the information. By the way, I have submitted my EOR on 4th October 2019(acknowledgement received) then no other updates from then onwards. Its been 31days since form submission, so I send a mail on 5th November and the next day I got a reply mail stating that the documents were sent to overseas office on 11th October and to expect the result 28 days from this date. I'm still waiting as this post is being posted.

Sorry to hear that ! I got my writing score increased by 0.5 recently ! And they specifically mentioned in mail to send old TRF so that they can issues new one

Good for you.. Congrats! I specifically asked them to let me know whether score changed or not since my trf is dispatch already.. I'm surprised to see them stating security and integrity reasons as to why they are unable to share the information through phone, mail, vice versa.. That's when I sense something fishy

There is nothing fishy in that actually it was their standard reply to everyone ! Even I didn’t get any confirmation till 20 days but after calling them millions times, they replied back that there is a change in your score and send us old TRF !

Anyway, it's already being said and done.. It's of no use now.. Just hoping I can get the required score next time.
