Hello everybody,, lucky most of you just received landing interviews . I am still waiting more then two weeks that my sponsor received an email that he is eligible to sponsor me, but from that time i didn’t receive that i am eligible or dm or something and I am really worried what happened ,
On 26 of sept they asked us for aditional doc and we sent everything ,, why its taking so long I don’t know,

Process completed today, just got back home from the Vancouver office. Was a fairly straightforward interview, thankfully. We had a small issue with the photographs we had taken - Shoppers had put all the photos in the same pocket, and the ink had rubbed off on each other. 3 were good, but I had to take my 1 year old to grab a quick photo while my wife waited in the office. We were super lucky the agent was understanding enough to let us do that.

Guy next to us didn't sound like he was having a good time - his agent was grilling him for some reason. Anyways, good luck to those still waiting! See you in 3 years for Citizenship apps!

I got decision made on 12 oct still waiting for landing interview invitation at calgary office
I asked my lawyer to book appointment by call or email, she said we are not allowed to do that ,they will do that On there own
I am worried

I am a sponsor currently holds PR i want to apply Dependent visa to wife i recently got married 6 months back and currently i have an issue for filing the Dependent visa, i lost my full time job last month the company layoff me due to there financial issue i currently applied Employment insurance(EI) and it got approved, currently i am looking for new job but till now i didn't get any can i apply my spouse dependent visa or what to do any cases with my situation?

hello guys ineed some help.
my wife interviewed on oct17 nex day we resieve pre-arivalservice until know we don't have any update.
the day of the interview the officer told her they don't recieve her biomeric she did on may 23 and showed ger tracking No. they will i will geck if they need to do agian we wil call you.
no body call no update what can i do .
did she need to do anather biometric or i wait.
my time line .
april1 resieve aplication.
may 23 recieve biometric instruction.
25 madical exam.
jun 6 fowarding VOF ankra.
octobar 17 schulled interview.
oct. 18 pre-arival.
no Dm.

sunny, stop waiting for your lawyer.. call 1888 242 2100 yourself and follow the prompts. It will give you an email address to email and you will get your landing interview.

Hi guys,
I just received the interview invitation for the appointment at 1:30 pm on Oct 31.
Does it take a long time? I have work in the evening on that day so I am wondering if I should notify my manager.
Also, can I apply for a new SIN right afterward? I currently have a temporary SIN.
I am so excited!!
