Regarding Misrepresentation

Hi,
I finished my masters in Canada 4 years back and i have some work experience in Canada as well . while i was on post graduation work permit i invited my husband but his application for visit visa has been banned due to misrepresentation ,as the ban applies to family members i couldn't apply for PR and my visa expired i came back to home country , now his ban will end soon in 3 months would i be able to apply for PR after that if so, how soon can i apply, what will be the consequences....
anyone experiencing such kind of situation..? any information regarding this is really appreciated.

You can apply as soon as he becomes admissible again. Assuming that any new application is completely truthful and doesn't repeat the cause of the previous misrepresentation, it should be processed as normal.

Thanks for your reply.. express entry will take more than six months right .. can i apply now so that by the time my file proccessed ban period will be finished will that be fine..?

No. You need to be admissible at the time you actually submit the app.
