My full name is P.Ignatius Bharath. The same is followed in all my educational documents.

Where as P is initial and it stands for Prabhakar.

In my passport Prabhakar (surname) and ignatius Bharath ( given name ).

Kindly guide me what should i fill in Wes application for first (given) name,, middle name and last ( family name).

I'm not sure if you have birth certificates but if you do take the first name off it.

My birth certificate reads as P.IGNATIUS BHARATH. So what should i mention in first name (given name ), middle name and last name ( family name)
