Guys, I'm going to visit Malayasia next month. My application (AOR - 2 Dec 2018) is still pending (and i think will remain pending forever, don't give a shit anymore!) with Medical expiring in 2 days. Do i need to notify IRCC regarding this trip?
You do not need to notify IRCC of travel that happens post-AOR.

If you don't have PPR, nothing needs to be done. They will remedical you when they need you to, before PPR.

@USProgrammer

It seems endless wait

Gcms notes can be any remedy?
You should definitely request GCMS if you haven't already and it's been almost a year. You may find out an issue they are researching that you could clear up with a letter of explanation.

@USProgrammer Thank you so much. I was bale to link my application today.

It says that -- We mailed your permanent resident card to you. Your card can take up to six weeks to arrive.

This status was updated on 6th November.

Do you know how long it actually takes to receive the PR Card in mailbox?

Also, count of 5 years begins from the date of landing or from the date of PR card issue date? For me, it says expiry date is 5th November 2024. I had thought that count of 5 years might have begun from the day I landed [ to complete 3 yrs for citizen or PR renewable - 2 years out of 5 years ].. Could you please clarify this if you have information ?

Mine took 5-6 days I think. You should have it today or soon.

Date of landing. Your PR card is not your status. You can have no PR card and still be a PR.
