Grammatical Mistake in Work Experience Letter

In my work experience letter, there is a slight grammatical mistake. The letter reads as

"and is current working as Assistant Manager" instead of currently.

Will this affect and shall I get it printed again or VO will ignore this mistake and it won't be a problem.?

My letter has word “that”twice like that that we have paid her. Is it okay or I need to get another letter. It was really hard from them to get letter it took me 2 month. Do I need to get corrected one before I submit to IRCC
