Father's name is changed in passport

Hello good people!

I need a help and clarification.

My father's name is Md Shahjahan Miajee. In my academic certificates it is written as the above but in my passport and my father's passport it is written as Md Shah Jahan Miajee.

What problems will arise from this for Canada PR application?
What should i do in this case?
