Please, I need to know: does IRCC keep data of ineligible candidates? My sister changed some information in the new one she created and she is worried the old one and the new one may be crosschecked for accuracy. Though her updated information is genuine, we are worried she might be rejected for the differences in information.

If she has applied for a visa and had paid any processing fee with IRCC before, and was refused for ineligibility, then yes, IRCC will keep record and will refer to it once she has applied for EE.

She hasn't applied and hasn't paid any fee; just EE profile status ineligibility. If I get you correctly, her situation shouldn't pose a problem, right?

It's fine then. She can create a new profile, it won't pose a problem.
