do you have written evidence that the below is mandatory? as you can see https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/medical-police/police-certificates/how/philippines.html there is no such info here, and CIC refers to that.Help! My application was cancelled because it says did not send them a police certificate from the Philippines. But I uploaded a file that says I need a request letter from Canada to get the clearance. I currently live in Hong Kong and the Philippine consulate general requires a "Document requiring applicant to obtain NBI clearance".

You are October AOR right? I would say, first of all adjust the filters on the Estimator as below:My VO will most probably be Ottawa so what is your call on when I might receive my PPR? Immitracker is showing on an average I should receive it by 8th February 2020. As per your experience, what % of chance do you think I have to receive PPR within 8th February considering the current situation? thanks @andy108
