I saw from previous forum, overall band on all; Listening, Reading, Speaking and Writing should not be less than 6 or 6.5 something like that. Let's the expert on IELTS guide you on this. I have no experience or knowledge on the ielts thing just from what I have observed from all the forum.

Score of reading,writing,listening is considered for undergraduate studies... U may get an offer letter from college but make sure that u provide all the documents with strong sop while filing visa. By the way my score is ( L-6.5,R-6.5,W-6.0,S-5.5) I've got an admission in Mohawk college and going to apply for visa next week.

If applying for visa in the sds category, you need to have overall 6.5 with no module less than 6. Otherwise, you won't qualify for it and will have to apply via general category. Even in general category, visas are refused in most cases because the vo might doubt about your ability to understand or communicate in English. Not saying its impossible to obtain a visa, but there is a very slim chance of getting it. It totally depends on the mood of the vo and your luck to get accepted with scores below than 6 bands. If possible, take the ielts again and try to get atleast 6.5 in each module.

You are right..! I have 10 friends who got visa under non SDS for this Jan intake. Its not depend on their mood...its depend on our profile.

And their visa approved within a week
