Someone starts a thread saying exactly this once every ten minutes or so. If you check the forums you will see this is an issue for everyone today.

Mine got disappeared too yesterday, now the progress bar is back.

I was on the site and it said it would be down for maintenance until 5am or something. next day progress bar is gone. It isn't a sign for anything or a problem, it's just an update to the system design that they did on purpose.

Edit: if you bookmark this page:

You will be able to see scheduled maintenance message when the time comes.

edit 2: Mine is back. I guess when they were updating the system a glitch occurred.
