how to apply for spousal sponsorship pr

Hello, I am a permanent resident of Canada, recently got married and my spouse lives in India. Can we apply for spousal pr through online or is it only paper based. TIA
Paper only.
Should I have to include the supporting documents like my job offer letter, paystubs, wedding photos etc. in the paper application package or can I upload them after linking the application online. Thank you.
