If your nomination doesn't come as EE you won't be able to use it as EE, you can create an EE profile and send to them, it still doesn't guarantee U'll get EE nomination but it will give you a chance. Hope this helps. Kindly share your timeline.

I have the same situation. I applied for MPNP but I don´t have an EE profile. I have read here that when you receive the nomination, they tell you the way you continue the process, by paper or EE. it is correct?
Or can I complete an EE with the 600 additional points? Right now I don't meet the minimum requirements for creating an EE profile.
Hello all, Hope all are doing well here. My draw number is 64, Documents submitted on May 13th and MPNP file number received on May 15th. Application status is still as "Received". Applying through Skilled workers in MB stream. Currently working two full time jobs, one is NOC B and other one is NOC C. Applied using NOC B work/ experience letter. I have also completed a one year post degree diploma in Marketing from University of Winnipeg itself, GPA-3.4. I thought the nomination would be processed faster but this delay and the wait is killing me. My work permit is expiring on 3rd feb 2020, wanting to apply bridging work permit (open) but if the nomination is getting delayed, CIC application for PR would be delayed, PR file number would be delayed. tried to call MPNP and sent email to check, received reply to wait for 6 months. Wondering what will happen after 6 months timeline is complete. Will they say wait for 8 months after that? Worried and just hoping all goes well.
When you create an EXPRESS ENTRY PROFILE and mention you have nomination, it would reject your application stating reason that no province sent your nomination to them,I tried it once, Manitoba sends nomination to EE profiles directly .
I recommend you go their office and tell them your work permit is expiring soon, they will give priority accordingly, my friend had same situation and got nomination in 3.5 months only
