Do you mean Visitor Visa? if you hold an Indian passport, then, of course, you can travel to India. Likewise, if your Canadian visitor visa is valid you can travel back.
You need a valid TRV to return to Canada.
How old are you? What are you doing in Canada? CBSA doesn't like people living in Canada as visitors, so you may have issues returning.
I have Indian passport but I my parents are on work permit and I have visitor record. Can I travel and come back without any problem?
They applied for a TRV for you to come to Canada initially, so they should know how to do it again if needed.
