My application date is November 27 and the situation is similar to yours. Nothing has moved. Called them once but not much they could help but all they had to say was your file is pending for a test date to be issued.
I applied for GCM notes on 8th Aug 2019 but nothing was showed up there except criminality passed.
Other things not started.
They added a secondry office in July.
I did get my cgm notes as well. But not much I could understand. Nothing has started. Test ready pending clearance is the last status it shows. Not sure what it means.
Can you guide me where it shows test ready indication. So i can reread my gcm notes
Best would be to give them a call. They are very polite and will give u an idea on your file and they will send a request further and it goes on your file. Some said it helps.

Finally received the ceremony invitation. Just received it about an hour ago. It really takes a long time. It is lucky that we have this forum to share info. Each time I came here, I found comfort as I am not alone waiting for a long time. Hope everybody can get the email he/she is waiting for very soon!

Finally, an email notice of Oath Ceremony was sent to me earlier this morning (it always comes when you don't pay attention, doesn't it?). Nothing new shows up on ECAS yet as of now. Last message was Test Invite notice. It seems the office has sent a whole batch of oath invite today.
The email has an attachment of the official notice which includes what documents you need to bring to the ceremony. My detailed timeline (also in my signature):
