2019 Conjugal sponsorship

Hello guys if you have applied for conjugal sponsorship from last quarter of 2018 upto 2019 feel free to post you timeline here.

Don' t know if i'm on the right thread :

Can someone help me the if I can apply for Conjugal partner relationship ? or Common-Law ?
1. Can I apply for conjugal for my ex-wife ?
2. I am separated with my common-law which she sponsor me until Oct 2016 ? ( already 3 years)
3. My daughter from my ex-wife already here in Canada.
4. I seldom visit my ex-wife maybe once a year.
5. Regular send money for her as support .
6. What is the normal processing time for conjugal application ?

What is your immigration barrier to be considered conjugal? Common-law is only an option if you've lived together in a marriage-like relationship for 1 continuous year - that doesn't seem to be an option for you since you said you seldom visit her.

TRV was refuse twice. And I cannot have a long vacation because of Job.
