I have completed 2 bachelors, and I m semi qualified CA i.e I have qualified CA inter, if I choose to opt ATC certificate from the institute of chartered accountant from India, whether it will be counted in WES, as I m thinking of applying for NOC CODE 1311 i.e for accounting and bookkeeper

I would suggest you to evaluate every degree and certificate in order to claim points for more than two degree
