This is 10 years old. Please refrain from asking the same question so many times. You will have to get evaluated but medical degrees are usually considered professional degrees. You will have to get evaluated.

If you are a specialist physicians, you need to get your ECA evaluated from the MCC (Medical Council of Canada). Once you get an ECA from MCC, you can claim points for a professional degree, which are equal to that of Master's.
