Did anyone face this situation ?

I sent my package by xpresspost with signature request.
I got two different delivery confirmation signatures at two different times.

I did they told me it may be something internal at the destination and they can not know what happen there. The guy told me call the destination to know if they got it or not and I told him I cannot. He told me it is at the destination and may be it went to a wrong department first.
