I have a concern i would like to share and see if anyone has had a similar experience or any insight

When we submitted our biometrics our profile was not updated
After contacting the cic they told us that they had not received my fingerprints

We contacted the embassy and the visa office and they sent my fingerprints through on the system
Apparently the problem was that they had not linked it so my uci

Later in our biometrics number appeared on the profile however the message still showed that we have not received your fingerprints

We have emailed the cic many times but no response
I once called the agent told me that since the biometrics number is showing then there should be no problem and that the cic had simply not updated or changed the message showing

My concern is that we are now at the 6 months mark but have not received our ppr and the message is still the same

Could it be that this is our problem? And who could i contact to verify they have received it?

I am reposting this for you.

For those who completed their biometrics but haven’t received an update in their account. Here is the link to check if your biometrics have been received by IRCC: https://onlineservices-servicesenligne.cic.gc.ca/extapp/bioStatusQuery. I found the link on another thread posted on the forum. You will need your UCI number to be able to check. If your biometrics are in their database. That means they got them.

Hi. Did your problem was solved? What happened? I currently have the exact same issue...
