For SINP work experience,
Must the number of years of work experience chosen be just for 1 NOC, or is it a cummulative number of years you have worked even though they are in different NOCs.
Example NOC chosen for EOI is 4152.
If one works an NOC like 3232 for 1 year, then 2281 for 1 year, then 2233 for 1 year and then 4152 for 5 years (Total of 8 years)

Now as per SINP question In the 5 year period prior to application submission date, Can I choose the 5 years options?
Then for the In the 6-10 year period prior to application submission date, How many years do I have to choose? 3 or nothing as they are not in the NOC chosen for the EOI?
Please advise

Hi everyone, I got a mail saying I was ineligible for Nomination, reason was that the required settlement fund has not stayed in my account for 3 months. I opted to fill a fresh EOI on my Oasis profile, afterwards I found out that I could re-apply (same day I created the fresh EOI) without receiving new ITA.

My questioned is, would SINP expect me to submit my application within the usual 60days from ITA? I have the settlement fund, but its still not 3months in my account. I intend to delay till its 3months before submitting another application.

Someone share your experience, thought, opinion etc...Thanks
Dear Midermoh,

NOC Code: 2171 SINP EE, Total points 67, ITA Received 17th OCT

I deposited POF amount after receiving ITA (50% amount transferred by my employer and remaining 50% transferred through my brother's bank account).

My application submission date is 15th Dec however POF will complete only 54 days?
Should I take the risk and submit my application or request SINP to cancel my ITA?
IF new EOI is submitted under current OASIS profile will I get chance to re-apply without new ITA.

Your response is highly appreciated and it would be a great if you can provide your what's app number.

Thanks,
JM

Hi all,
Please help me for the below.
I am from Cochin. My wife is the primary applicant. PNP with job offer. Our medicals passed in May2019 and PCC cleared in July2019. We are waiting for our PRR since July,as per our agent we supposed to received it latest by Sep2019. However there is no updates so far and also agent mentioned there is no movement happening in visa office including some of his clients passport still stuck in the visa office. Might be due to elections in Canada.Did anyone facing similar delay in PPR request recently?
Please reply...this is a long wait for us.

Thank you in advance.

Regards,
Albert

Hi @ashuindian

I got SINP ITA last week. I maintained funds for last 12 months but by mistake withdrew CAD 100 from account 2 weeks bfore ITA and deposited back after I realized my mistake after a week's time. I know SINP asks for last three month statement to show funds were maintained, in my case I was CAD 100 short this month. What are the chances if I submit last 12 month statement and mention “CAD 100 was short last week by mistake otherwise I was maintaining for 12 months” would that work or not?

Thanks in advance

hi guys,

Is anyone in similar situation as mine. There were no ADR for me up until this point. Checked my SINP OASIS today and it shows the tab "VIEW INVOICE" below the IN PROCESS status again. What does that mean? Also on the settlement fund tab, the currency conversion is still in USD and not yet converted to Canadian Dollar. Does that mean my NOMINATION is coming soon?

May 30. ITA

Nov 1 Invoice Tab appeared

Thanks!
