Just provide a reference letter with duties and responsibilities. If you have worked for a company for let say 8 hrs per day, 5 days a week for 1 year then than that is already more than 1000 hours. By the way, How did you fill out your forms? Did you submit already?

Try to send inquiry to CIPS. There were cases where ADR for licensure is directed to APEGS by SINP.

I think the system will not accept invalid format. For me Everything is in pdf. You can do the same if you like. You can easily convert jpg file to pdf online. You can leave the page for the representative blank or you can write N/A

if you are the principal applicant then you have to show marriage certificate, your spouse,cousin's birth certificate. if the cousin is female and already married you need to provide marriage certificate as well. mother or father(depends on who is connected to) birth certificate of both sides

if you're not able to pass version A, you can take version B. if still not able to pass version B, you can take version C and you can retake version C again and again

Did you do yours in ICAS? I had my ECA for immigration in ICAS, but i couldn't find option to upgrade to course-by-course. Does anyone here done it in ICAS and got the course-by-course evaluation report? Thanks!
